It is your responsibility to inspect your order for customer satisfaction upon receipt. No corrections, refunds, or exchanges after 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned items must be sealed in original packaging and are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
For any items being returned due to a quality issue or an error on behalf of New Sun, the customer will be reimbursed any applicable shipping charges and/or the cost of the product.
For any returns where New Sun is not at fault, the customer may be credited the amount of the product minus a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the return shipping.
How to Return a Product
Before returning any product to New Sun, Inc., you must call and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You must also provide our customer service associate with the reason for the return, the invoice number, and the date of the purchase. The RA# must be written clearly on the top of the package to be returned. Once an RA# is assigned, the product must be postmarked return within 14 days.
New Sun Shipping Information
Same day shipping: Orders will be shipped the same day if the order is placed by 1:00 p.m. EST and are shipped via USPS Monday-Friday. If package is over 1lbs order will be shipped USPS Priority, if under 1.0 lb. packages will be shipped USPS First Class Mail.

Free Shipping – $100 or more in product
Outside the Continental US: Shipments 5 lbs. or less pay $34.50 (USPS) plus any duties. Over 5 lbs. pay exact shipping cost. Due to COVID-19, we are currently not shipping to Canada
Special Packing & Handling fee:
All expedited orders to be shipped USPS or FedEx you pay the chart rate per delivery company, but do not pay New Sun’s packing and handling fee. Cut off time is 1:00 p.m. EST
