Also due to the spread of the novel coronavirus, there is a shortage of hand sanitizers. Retailers are getting cleaned out! Can’t find it? Don’t fret; you can make your own.
Here is a quick DIY hand sanitizer using essential oils:
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup pure witch hazel
- ½ cup 100% pure non-GMO aloe vera gel or Miracle II Neutralizer Gel
- 15 drops Guarded essential oil blend (or favorite combination of EOs)
- 1 Tbsp. of Coconut oil or Vitamin E oil – a natural preservative
- 2 or 4 oz. travel size squeeze bottles.
Instructions
Mix witch hazel and non-GMO aloe vera gel or Miracle II Neutralizer gel together in a bowl. Add essential oil(s)and mix well, then add coconut or vitamin E oil. Mix all ingredients into the gel mixture and fill bottle(s).
Shake well before each use.
