The fourth chakra is also known as the heart chakra, or Anahata. It is found in the center of the chest and contains the heart, thymus gland, lungs and breasts. This point is important because it is the middle chakra and is often referred to as where the physical and spiritual domains meet.

The heart chakra manages love and acceptance. When the chakra is open and energy is flowing, you are filled with feelings of love, compassion, forgiveness and acceptance. Signs of a blockage in this chakra are indicated by anger, jealousy, fear of betrayal, and hatred.*
